How We Support People.
PLUS supports adults with learning disabilities and autism.
We support people in Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich and Sutton. We may add more areas in the future.
We can support people in homes where they live.
PLUS has some houses in the community where adults with learning disabilities and autism can live with support.
We help people to learn new skills.
We help people to be more independent.
We help people to have more choice and control of their everyday life.
In some homes we give extra support to people who might need it if they have more complex needs.
PLUS services are checked by the Care Quality Commission. This makes sure we are doing a good job.
We also run social clubs, group activities and day trips.
These are open to anyone with a learning disability.
You do not need to get other PLUS support to join in.
We want to help you to enjoy your life and to feel safe and supported.
