About PLUS.
We are a charity called PLUS.
We support adults with learning disabilities and autism.
We support people in Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich and Sutton.
We have 14 Supported Living Services and 5 Registered Care Homes.
We also have one Social Enterprise called Pretty Little Cupcakes where we help people learn and work.
Our vision is to make communities where everyone is included. We want people to have the freedom to live how they want.
Our mission is to help people with learning disabilities and autism live the life they choose. We want people to take risks and enjoy life.
We value People: We help people take control of their lives and make choices. They want people to grow and try new things.
Leadership is important to us. We want to inspire others to support independence and inclusion.
PLUS believes in Understanding. We listen carefully to know what people need and want.
Support is key at PLUS. We give person-centred help so people can be independent and happy.
The Board of Trustees at PLUS are volunteers. They look after the organisation and its money. They have skills in care, law, finance, and marketing.
The Senior Operations Team helps the Board. They make sure everything runs smoothly at PLUS.
At PLUS we want to make sure everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. We work hard to make this happen.
PLUS services are checked by the Care Quality Commission. This makes sure we are doing a good job.
