PLUS’s Tandem social scheme recruits volunteers to support individual service users in accessing leisure opportunities in which they and their volunteer have a joint interest. Applications from anyone interested in becoming a volunteer should be made to our Lewisham office on 020 8297 1250.

Community Service Volunteers (CSV’s) provide additional support to service users in specified residential services. Volunteers work full-time for PLUS for between three months and a year and we provide accommodation and expenses. This is a good way to bring people with different life experiences into our services and volunteers come from all over the world. At the same time, PLUS is helping the volunteers to gain experience and make a contribution to our work.   Volunteers are recruited through the national organisation Community Service Volunteers.
